Randall Heer has worked in production and operations for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position as CEO of Vista Studios. Randall has been a new media, broadcast and production technologies executive responsible for successful live event broadcast/remotes, studio production and channel origination operations. He was honored with three Emmy Awards for Technical Excellence including one for Fox NFL Sunday and was the Manager of Engineering for the HD expansion of Discovery Networks. His leadership skills as Engineer-in-Charge successfully launched 13 Fox cable networks. Randall formerly served as the VP/General Manager of 3555 Hayden Studios.
Frank Gianotti has over 20 years of experience as a producer, senior VP of business development and senior manager in the entertainment industry. Frank has worked successfully in diverse aspects of entertainment, with experience and knowledge of both technical and creative sides. His current focus is on content creation, brand development, production, new media and broadcast television. Previously, as head of business development at 3555 Hayden Studios, he developed an extensive roster of broadcast and studio clients including: Comedy Central, Current TV, Al Jazeera America, Direct TV, CJ Entertainment, Fox, Sony, Shine America, Qyou and MTV Networks.
Mark Depping has 25 years of experience as broadcast/production technologist and manager in the field of video production, broadcast television and emerging technologies. Mark has supervised live broadcast operations, 24/7 master control operations, network signal distribution, production control/stage and truck-based remote productions. He is adept at supervising production crews working under the pressures of live television as well as managing capital/operating budgets and developing cost saving synergies and efficient processes.
